Joe Kenny is the Vice President of Global Transformation and Customer Success at ServiceMax from GE Digital. He assists with C-Suite clients with Business Value Realization, Operational Strategy Development, and re-evaluating how business gets done utilizing automated field service management software. He drives long term customer loyalty and outstanding customer relationships through an outstanding Customer Success Program.
Joe has over 30 years of Leadership in Operations, Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Field Service. Prior to joining ServiceMax, Joe was the Enterprise Operations Director at Canon. His field service career also includes positions at Loomis Armored, Pitney Bowes, Eastman Kodak and the U.S. Navy Security Group Command (NSGC) serving as a main frame computer technician.
