The Association For Services Management International (AFSMI) is the world's largest professional association for executives, managers and professionals working in the Technical Services industry. With a membership of over 5,000 world- wide, the AFSMI is the only professional body specifically targeted at service professionals and service management. It is a non-profit organisation, relying upon members' subscriptions and industry support for income.

With a reach of over 1,600 members and supporters, the local Australia Chapter is one of the best supported and most active in the world, winning ten International Awards since 1996, including the coveted Best Chapter World-Wide, 2006 Circle of Excellence Award, 2005 Chapter Innovation award, 2005 Best Practice Chapter and three-time winner of the World-Wide Award for Communications.
